Nomination Form

As a member of the jury of the VII José Entrecanales Ibarra Civil Engineering Awards, you are invited to nominate civil engineers whose career has significantly advanced the field.
This form covers one nominee. Each university may propose up to two engineers. To nominate a second one, simply complete and submit the form again. If you submit the form more than once for the same nominee, only the mostrecent submission will be taken into account.
All nominations will be compiled into a standardized fact sheet, following a single common format for every candidate, and shared with the full jury before the voting phase opens. Please keep your answers within the indicated word limits so that all candidates are presented on equal terms.
