One of the purposes of the collaboration between the José Entrecanales Ibarra Foundation and the School of Civil Engineering of Madrid, is to contribute to the improvement of the education of the future Civil Engineers. The Foundation considers that the main resource to do so is by having a high-quality faculty.

Professors’ mobility allows establishing a collaboration with faculty from foreign universities, resulting in a higher teaching experience, in an increase of investigation production and in the posibilities to establish international agreements that allow access to international calls. Finally, mobility is very positively valued by the promotion system of the faculty.
